Personal Information You Share With Us

We collect Your personal information that may include Your name, email address, home address, telephone number, gender; if You are business customer - Your company name, registration and VAT number, billing address, phone number, email address, Your employees’ names, email addresses, their gender, dates of birth, employment position and other corporate information. We may ask You about and collect Your answers regarding Your emotional state, health state, Your mindfulness and wellness goals, meditation experience, Your experience using Yours, Products and Services. We will collect Your information filled in the Yours calendar. We may ask You to participate in Our Surveys, to provide feedback and if You do so, We will collect Your provided answers. We will collect all information You share with Us when You contact Us via email, Our messaging, engaging with Us in social media and in any other communication method with Us. By contacting Us, registering for the Services, logging in and using the Services, You agree and allow us to process Your personal data.

Other information We May Collect 

∙         When You contact Us in any type of communication such as sending an email, filling in on online contact form, using a live chat platform, sending a request and contacting us via social media, We will process Your personal data for the purposes of responding to Your inquiry and administering it.

∙         When You make a Transaction and register for the Services, We collect information about the Transaction and registration including but not limited to price and chosen length in respect to in-app purchases and Our third party Payment Processors (including Stripe), Subscription, Subscription type: Free Trial or Paid, Subscription expiration date, time and date of Transaction, Your name, username, email address. We will not process, collect and store Your payment information such as debit card and credit information. Apple and Google collect and process payment card information regarding in-app purchases and Website purchases via Our third party  Payment Processor. ∙         If You login to the Services via a social media account or other third parties, We may collect Your profile information, such as name, email address, IDs and profile pictures.

∙         Whenever You use the Services we may collect Your usage information. We may store collected usage information and generate it seeking to improve Your experience and to train Yours artificial intelligence (AI) technology with the goal to offer You a customized personalized experience in the best way possible. 

∙         When You use Our Services We collect certain information and automatically store it in log files, such as Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of browser, internet service provider (ISP), mobile network information, access times and dates, pages viewed, pages visited before navigating to Our Website.

∙         We collect information about Your Device You use to access Our Services, such as hardware model, operating system and version, amount of free storage and system performance information.

∙         For AI technology training purposes and to improve the Services, We generate some information about You based in other information We have collected.

∙         If You allow via Your Device settings for Us to collect information from other apps and devices such as a health app, sleep tracker and alike We will gather, store and use that information for AI technology training purposes and  for the improvement of a customized personalised experience for You.

∙         We may collect and store information about where You are located, such as by converting Your IP address into a rough  geolocation or by accessing Your Device’s GPS coordinates or coarse location if You enable location services on Your device. You must disable this feature on Your Device if You do not want Us to collect location information.

Tracking Technologies

We, Our analytics partners and third parties use such technologies (“Technologies”) as cookies, tokens, beacons, tags, device identifiers, scripts. Using Technologies allow Us to recognize You and Your Device, recording certain pieces of information whenever You interact with Us. 

We partner with third parties and allow them to provide an analytics service and to manage Our advertising campaigns on Our behalf across the internet and mobile applications. Analytics

We may use mobile App analytics software which allows Us to better understand the functionality of Our App software on Your Device. This software may record information such as how often You engage with the Services, the events that occur within the Services, aggregated usage and performance data, where the App was downloaded from. We may link the information We store within the analytics software to any personal information You submit or We collect about You.

We may also collect Your information like visitor behavior and visitor demographics using Google Analytics, Google Analytics Demographics, Interest Reporting and Amplitude. This analytics data is not tied to any Personal Information. YouTube API Clients

If Your personal information will be stored in the servers located outside the country of governing law it will remain on providing data protection of the governing law.
