Mark is a music producer and sound engineer. Having studied music and sound engineering, he worked for six years in the Lithuanian Academy of Arts and Theatre. In the last 10 years he’s recorded and mixed for artists, commercials, films and designed sound and tours Europe as a DJ.

Natalie Morrison is a meditation and yoga teacher and activist with a passion for conscious, ethical living. She shares ways of living that help us to connect with nature and her teachings are thoughtful, down-to-earth, and sensitive to the needs of real people living in challenging times.

A lover of luxury and relaxation, Nancy Brown has more than 20 years experience as a journalist. She edited OK! magazine’s spa travel section for five years before going freelance. She has since written about wellness and travel for a wide range of respected titles.
Dr Meg is a psychologist specialising in health and wellness. Dr Meg’s solution-focused approach gives practical tips for life’s tricky problems - both complex and everyday. Meg has published six books, is a regular media contributor and runs her clinic from London’s Harley Street and online.

Having studied to become a doula, Mina’s pregnancy yoga is inspired by her own experience of birth and yoga practice. Her classes are practical, insightful and oozing empathy while her postnatal classes are considerate and sensitive to women's needs after giving birth.
To Ulle, ‘working-out’ is a tool that helps us deal with worry and stress. For Yours, she teaches pregnancy yoga and fitness classes incorporating all trimesters. She believes keeping up a regular fitness practice releases positive hormones that will encourage a speedy post-birth recovery.
Lisa Byrne is a journalist, columnist and high-end PR. The York-based writer has worked in Fleet Street and was Editor-in-Chief of OK! magazine during its golden age. Lisa loves history, ghosts and dogs.
Paula has 20 years experience in hatha, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and yoga for menopause. She enjoys learning from students and is grateful to all the teachers she has learnt from. Paula also writes the monthly Teacher’s Tales column and travel features for OM Yoga Magazine.
Tanya is a London-based stage and screen actress. Most recently she was the lead in the Sky Arts TV film Automat. Other TV credits include The Tunnel II (Sky Atlantic). She is also an artist in development at the Junction theatre, Cambridge. She has trained at École Philippe Gaulier, Paris.
Sarah is the founder of Yogagise Yoga and has taught at studios including Bodyism and Form Studios. She was voted by London Evening Standard as one of London’s Top 10 Yoga Teachers on Instagram. Sarah believes there is a style of yoga for everyone and encourages students to discover what works for them.
Rose trained at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama and has worked extensively on stage, screen and behind the mic. Theatre credits include the West End’s The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Tiger Country (Hampstead Theatre) and One Minute (The Vaults).
London-born Domestic Goddess and writer Bridget Sanderson has enjoyed her retirement living in the north of England transforming not only her home but the home of others by sharing handy, easy-to-execute advice.
Loz wants to encourage people to interpret yoga at their own pace with the intention of being the best version of themselves. His approach isn’t attached to any style, with his experience ranging from a variety of different disciplines, from yoga and bodyweight training, to martial arts and surfing.
Tim is a physiotherapist with an obsession to recover the best way possible and optimise overall movement, strength and muscle gain. Through his own personal experience he learnt problem solving and deconstructing barriers which stood in front of his clients progress.
Helen’s acting career is associated with new theatre writing – most notably at the Royal Court and Bush theatres – and with major revivals of modern classics. On TV, she is best known for the drama London’s Burning, as Daniel Radcliffe's mum in Extras (BBC), and in Mike Bartlett’s The Man (ITV).

Bhavisha was first drawn to yoga due to the influence it had on the lives of family members and once she discovered it for herself, her life changed forever. She believes her purpose is to share her knowledge and experience to those who seek it and she looks forward to taking you on the journey.

Award-winning plant commentator and self-confessed plant geek, Michael’s obsession began over 35 years ago, as he kept himself busy with herbs in his parents’ garden. Now a regular at the RHS shows and on TV, he’s been responsible for introducing hundreds of new plants into the UK.
Kamlyn combines a passion of working with children and sharing her love of yoga with them. By using a multi-sensory approach in creative ways, Kamlyn enables whole child learning. She believes that children learn best when they are having fun and really hopes that her classes support this theory!
A former Team GB athlete, Hamish competed in European and World Junior Championships and for the past 16 years has coached skaters in Great Britain and USA, many of whom have gone on to become national medallists. More recently has been a pro skater on ITV’s Dancing on Ice.

He’s a firm believer that with life as busy as it is, relaxation and sleep make us happy and feels he is in a privileged position to be able to contribute as a voiceover artist.
Reda is an experienced musician, music teacher and passionate writer for children. In 2017 she established a private music school and holds an Education and Psychology Certificate in the field of working with special needs children. In 2021 she publishes her three debut picture books for children.
Charles is an Australian writer living in the UK. Inspired by nature, history, literature and the beauty of the world around him, he often weaves these themes into his work, welcoming readers into his corner of Kent and the sharing inspirations that guide him.
London based composer, musician and voice talent Simon Wilkinson operates from London Voice Over Studio. Having toured the stages of the world playing keys (somewhat raucously) for a few acts of note, he’s now, conversely, sometimes referred to as having the “voice of night-time radio”.
